Summer Housing Costs
Applications for Maymester, Summer I, and Summer II open on your housing portal on April 15. A separate application is needed for each session you're attending.
- NEW resident students have to pay the $130 application fee; however, there are NO application fees for Maymester or the Summer sessions for returning students
- Please note that an assignment for summer does not guarantee an assignment for the fall semester
May Term
- $400, which does not include a meal plan
Summer I Term
- $680, which does not include a meal plan
Summer II Term
- $1,170, includes a room and a meal plan
Crossroads Hall will be used for summer housing.
Summer Housing Application 2025
Students interested in living on campus during the summer should complete the Summer Housing Application 2025, available through the Housing Portal.
Please note: Completing the TJC Admissions application does not guarantee a room on campus.
Important Dates:
- April 1 – Summer I & II Housing Application Opens
- May 1 – Summer I Placement Begins
- May 15 – Summer I Placement Emails & Letters Sent
- May 31 – Summer I Move-In (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
- June 2 – Summer II Placement Begins
- June 17 – Summer II Placement Emails & Letters Sent
- July 5 – Summer II Move-In (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
Completing your housing application early improves your chances of receiving a room assignment.
TJC-affiliated teams and groups (such as Honors, Band, and Apache Belles) may have rooms blocked by their sponsor or coach; however, students in these groups must still complete the housing application process.
