TJC makes paying tuition easy  - pick the option that works best for you.

Lump-sum payment

• Online through your Apache Access account. On the homepage click the Pay Your Bill icon. At the bottom of the page, select Make a Payment.
  • E-Check
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit cards
• In-person at the Cashier's office.
  • Located on the first floor of the WASC.
  • Open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

• By phone to the Cashier's office at 903-510-2672.

Installment plan

• Installment Plans are available for all terms

          Summer II 2024 – Payment schedule

• 50% - Due 6/13/2024
• 25% - Due 6/27/2024
• 25% - Due 7/18/2024

          Fall 2024 – 5 Payment Schedule

• 20% - Due 7/30/2024
• 20% - Due 8/15/2024
• 20% - Due 9/5/2024
• 20% - Due 10/3/2024
• 20% - Due 10/31/2024

        Fall 2024 – 4 Payment Schedule

• 25% - Due 7/30/2024
• 25% - Due 9/5/2024
• 25% - Due 10/3/2024
• 25% - Due 10/31/2024
• Online through your Apache Access account.

Checks should be made out to TJC for the correct amount of tuition and fees, should include the student's ID number, and can be mailed to:

Checks must be mailed five days before the payment due date to be processed before the deadline.
