Tyler Junior College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for all verifications of student degrees or enrollment.
Fees
- Fee for Enrollment Verification service: $2.50. Pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
- Fee for Degree Verification service: $6.50. Pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Form Verifications
Some organizations provide students with forms for our office to complete. If you have a form, you may email it to registrars@tjc.edu from your TJC email address or bring it to the Registrar’s Office in person. Our office is located on the first floor of WASC. Please also bring a current TJC student ID or government-issued photo ID (driver's license, US passport, etc.).
