Pay Your Bill

TJC makes paying tuition easy  - pick the option that works best for you.

Lump-sum payment

• Online through your Apache Access account. On the homepage click the Pay Your Bill icon. At the bottom of the page, select Make a Payment.
  • E-Check
  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit cards
• In-person at the Cashier's office.
  • Located on the first floor of the WASC.
  • Open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

    • Check
    • Cash
    • Money order
• By phone to the Cashier's office at 903-510-2672.

Installment plan

Installment Plans are available for all terms

Spring 2025 – 5 Payment Schedule

• 20% - Due 12/10/2024
• 20% - Due 01/09/2025
• 20% - Due 02/06/2025
• 20% - Due 03/06/2025
• 20% - Due 04/03/2025

Spring 2025 – 4 Payment Schedule

• 25% - Due 12/10/2024
• 25% - Due 02/06/2025
• 25% - Due 03/06/2025
• 25% - Due 04/03/2025

Checks should be made out to TJC for the correct amount of tuition and fees, should include the student's ID number, and can be mailed to:

Checks must be mailed five days before the payment due date to be processed before the deadline.
