There’s still time to apply and enroll in fall classes at Tyler Junior College.
Classes for the 15-week and first seven-week semesters begin Monday, Aug. 26.
Advising and registration
Final advising and registration events will be held on the second floor of Rogers Student Center on the TJC central campus during the following times and dates:
• 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays through Aug. 23, with extended hours until 7 p.m. Thursdays
• 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17
Current TJC students can also receive free Texas Success Initiative (TSI) testing throughout the week.
Online registration continues through midnight Sunday, Aug. 25, by going to TJC.edu/register.
TJC residence halls open Aug. 22
TJC’s residence halls open Thursday, Aug. 22.
Move-in times and dates are 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Aug. 22-24.
Residents must have their valid photo ID and report to their assigned residence hall to begin their move-in process.

Walk with an Apache on Aug. 25
On Sunday, Aug. 25, TJC’s Apache Chief student leaders will host an event designed to help new students find their classes, which begin Monday, Aug. 26.
Between 6 and 8 p.m., new students can bring their class schedules and meet at Rogers Student Center on the TJC central campus. TJC student leaders will escort the new students around campus and help them locate their classes.
