Potential Apaches and their families can get a free, firsthand look at Tyler Junior College during Fall Preview Day, set for 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, on the TJC Central Campus.
In addition, open houses will be held from 11 a.m. to noon at Rogers Nursing and Health Sciences Center and TJC West.
Preview Day offers students the chance to:
• explore TJC’s wide array of academic departments and continuing education programs
• visit with academic advisors on next steps
• tour the campus, including residence halls
• check out various organizations and clubs that offer multiple opportunities to get involved in campus life
Those interested in taking classes at TJC can also apply for admission and submit their financial aid documents.
TJC offers more than 120 programs and certificate options, with flexible course schedules and smaller class sizes — all at about one-third the cost of a state university.
It’s a smart first choice for any student, whether they plan to complete their core coursework and transfer to a university or gain the skills needed to go directly into the workforce.
TJC supports students throughout their entire academic journey — from application to graduation.
