Tyler Junior College will host a Healthcare Job Fair on Thursday, Oct. 27.
The event will be held 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, in the lobby of the Robert M. Rogers Nursing and Health Sciences Center, located at 1200 E. Fifth St.
The event is open to the public, and participants are welcome to bring resumes to share with potential employers.
A variety of healthcare and higher education institutions will be on hand, promoting jobs for nurses as well as opportunities for students to further their education after graduating from TJC.
Representatives of more than 20 hospitals, clinics and educational institutions from across the region will be in attendance, including: Ardent Health Services, Aveanna Healthcare, Chamberlain University, Christus Trinity Mother Frances Health System, Christus Trinity Mother Frances Rehabilitation Hospital, Continued Care Hospitals, Grand Canyon Education, Maxim Healthcare Services, MVP Pediatric Home Health, Nacogdoches Medical Center, Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital, Octapharma Plasma, Palestine Regional Hospital, Post University, Providence Park Rehab, Rusk State Hospital, Sam Houston State University, Southwest Long-Term Care, Texas A&M University School of Nursing, Three Oaks Hospice, UT Health East Texas, UT Health East Texas Nursing, UT Health Medical Lab, UTMB Correctional Managed Care and Woodland Heights Medical Center Lufkin.
